Gambling

Yesterday, I won 6 euro in poker.

A friend of mine likes to makes poker evenings at his place now and then. We usually meet and play just for fun. This time, he organized a major tournament, and we even played with money. Not much, the start pot cost 5 euro. We were 17 people playing.

I don't like gambling and I do so very seldom. Last time was about five years ago. I did not hope to win anything. I just wanted to have fun. The start of the game was a bad luck. In the first hour, I did not win any single chip. Finally, I made all in and won for the first time. Then my fortune turned. After three more hours, when there where eight of us left, I was the richest one. At the end, I got place 4 and won 11 euro.
